Abstract
The
influence of stress toward lectures performance at Bengkalis State
Polytechnic.. The purpose of this research are toknow the level of stress, the
level of lectures performance, and the magnitude influence of the stress toward
lecturesperformance at Bengkalis State Polytechnic. Type of this research is
asosiatif, which is analyze how magnitudeinfluence of thestress toward lectures
performance at Bengkalis State Polytechnic. The results of this study indicate
thatthe level of stress is low or on average value score 3,31, and indicate
that the level of lectures performance ishight or onaverage value score 4,17.
Based on this research, it can be concluded that stress has negative influence
and hasn’tsignificance toword lectures performance of Bengkalis State
Polytechnic.
