Abstract
Management strategies used by companies to improve employee performance motivation. One is to use a form of compensation that one component is expected to improve performance motivation. The purpose of this paper is to determine the direct effect of financial compensation for work motivation and its impact on employee performance. questionnaires from 109 people work at the company used. To test the hypothesis about the correlation between independent variables with independent variables with the dependent variable, the method used is multiple regression on the monthly salary compensation, production incentives and employee facilities and other additional income. .The results showed no direct influence of the variable compensation for work motivation and performance. The results that have the most impact on employee motivation is the production incentives, and motivational variables have a direct impact on employee performance. deeper understanding of the variables that affect the performance of employees, particularly the variable production incentives that exist in the company's strategy is to get the performance from time to time which are influenced by cumulative.
